POLICIES/INFORMATION

 

Rates/Payment Terms:

Jan-Dec ............... $110/night (2 guests) .. $125/night (4 guests).
Christmas, New Years weeks 12/18-Jan 2 .. $150/night (2 guests) .. $175/night (4 guests). Rent for 7 nights for $99 per night for 2 people ! Contact for longer terms.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

  • 50% deposit required to hold a reservation
  • Balance to be paid in full within 60 days of start of rental date
  • Reservations made prior to 60 days in advance the full rental fee is due upon confirmation of requested date
  • Rental confirmation e-mailed upon payment of deposit and approval of charge or check clearing
  • Payment may be made by Check (US $ ONLY)-Visa/MasterCard ( $ 50.00 fee for insufficient funds from deposit made by check)
  • Guests are liable for damages beyond normal wear and tear
  • Christmas Holiday payment for reservations must be made within 90 days of the holiday

Deposits:

  • A security deposit in the amount of $ 250.00 shall be collected at the time of full payment of reservation. In the event of damages , a detailed description and bid for the work needed to make the necessary repairs will be submitted with the deposit balance remaining.

Cancellation policy:

  • Reservations for Holiday dates are refundable only upon the property being re-rented for the same rental period less $250.00 processing fee
  • Reservations are eligible for a refund of fee paid less $250.00 if made within 60 days of arrival
  • In the event the unit can be rented for the time period of the cancelled reservation all funds will be returned other than $ 250.00 deposit
  • Reservations will be cancelled in the event that deposits are not received within 10 days of request
  • In the event the balance due has not been submitted within the required time owner has the right to rent to other parties. Deposit on hand may be applied to anotherreservation or returned less $ 250.00

  • 2nd Pool in front of building seven (just straight out your front door) Full menu Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner and Bar
  • Puerto de Vieja-on the Hwy at the exit to Missiones--very good food-seafood-great views-Mid-high prices
  • Mona Lisa-Straight out your front door on the cliff--incredible views of Lands End--recommend it for a Sunset cocktail-great atmosphere--a bit spendy
  • Our favorite! Villa Serena-turn right at the entrance to the Hwy-stay in frontage road- -on right hand side just beyond strip mall with Sensa spa--look for sign--Food isexcellent-Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner-reasonable prices-Lobster $ 11.95 !! Great LobsterSalad--Mexican Coffee !!--great views of the Sea of Cortez--live music most evenings
Food Shopping:
Costco is on your right just after you enter the Hwy heading to Cabo
Take the Hwy toward Cabo--watch for signs saying Todos Santos-stay on that route--on the right side of the Todos Santos Hwy is CCC and Soriana--our favorite is Soriana--you can find anything there--reasonable prices--great bakery and deli and wine/beer/alcohol selections The Aramburu (grocery store) in the downtown Cabo area is quite expensive, but OK for a few items
